Initial log in, kept saying new password must match confirmation password?? They did match?? Did it 10 times...tried different passwords. Have to call customer service 😅

I don't understand why they would make their customers pay a fee to make their payments on a app & online.
I don't understand why the service fee to pay online (via website) is as much as it is. I was hoping that the new app would have been constructed in a way that eliminated their need for such high service charges. But, the charges are the same (possibly higher for credit card payments).
You would think if first Insurance wanted there customers to use this app they would hire someone who knows what they're doing. For a large Insurance financing company they're pretty incompetent.
